Internal Whistleblowing Channel
Império Global provides this channel to receive, under conditions of confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower, reports of irregularities or infringements witnessed in a professional context. This channel complies with Portuguese Law 93/2021 of 20 December, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

- Protection against retaliation, under Article 21 of Law 93/2021
- Reports handled by an internally designated officer, impartially
- Acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days and follow-up within a maximum of 3 months
